Debt Talk uses The Financial Service Authority and Basic Skills resources to offer a 12 week course designed to equip 16 - 19 year olds with basic financial education. This is designed to help students through the difficult transitional period of leaving school and becoming socially and financially independent. Using this course within an extended school environment may bring parents and 16-19 year olds together with a common bond. This course may also give a head start to work experience students placed within the finance industry. |
