My Week

This week, I went on a day trip to the coast. It was where I spent most of my childhood, so the memories of playing on the beach and having a picnic just came flooding back. The weather was glorious, and it was lovely to sit and chill out.

My five hens

My hens have loved the glorious weather we have enjoyed over the last few days. They have had dust baths. They have been busy scratching around for their corn, laying their eggs, and having a lovely time.

Allotment update

This week is all about getting out the seeds and seriously sowing them into seed trays. My potatoes are still in the Greenhouse chitting (getting ready to be planted on my allotment). The weather has been so lovely the last few days that I have been pottering around in the garden too. As you know, I am not a professional gardener. But I am just hoping that my updates will inspire you to grow your food and help save the planet. If you need professional gardening advice, try finding a local gardening expert and see if they can help you.
